WE BELIEVE THAT ONE DAY WE WILL BE AT THE FATHER'S HOUSE

"Truly, truly, I say to you, if you ask the Father for anything in my name, he will give it to you." Two things are important here: one that concerns intimacy with God, because we would not turn worthily to Him if we did not have Him as the absolute reason for our lives, responding to Him in His infinite love for us, He who always has the initiative of transformative encounter, and on our part, the confident response. The second thing: the intimate relationship with Jesus through his Holy Spirit. How can you ask for something in the name of Jesus if you have no intimacy with him? How can we move through Him without having him in mind and heart? How is it possible to use the name of someone who is not part of our context of friendship and trust? Asking in the name of Jesus means, first of all, knowledge of Him, intimacy with Him and openness to the Father's will through His Beloved Son.
Is it possible to get something from God without the Holy Spirit? Jesus replies that “So far you have asked nothing in my name; ask, and you will receive; so that your joy may be complete… The hour is coming when I will no longer speak to you in figures, but clearly I will speak to you about the Father ”. This clarity will be given by the action of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth, which will not only bring to memory what Jesus said and did, but will also deepen faith in him, in his teachings, in the knowledge of his person and mission and his relationship with the Father and with the same Spirit, acting, moreover, in the configuration of the Church at his Head, Christ Jesus, in the sanctification of it and in the unity among its members, forming one body, the Mystical Body of Christ. Only by being filled with the Holy Spirit will it be possible to fully rejoice, because everything that comes from God will be clearer and higher with Him, deeper, more worthy and more fascinating.
Filled with the Holy Spirit, in the Name of Jesus and in the Love of the Father, we will have the success of our petitions. Once inserted into the Body of Christ through faith and love, listening to him in everything we do, we are, therefore, already loved by the Father. Loving Jesus Christ and believing that He came from the Father manifests adherence to Him and to his work, and that attracts the “loving eye” of the Father. The love of God, the Father, is manifested in him who, evidently, believes that Jesus Christ left the Father and came into the world (believes in Him as the ETERNAL VERB, the SON, all turned to the Father and made flesh), and rises glorious, in his human condition assumed in the incarnation, physically leaving the world and returning the Father. He came from the Father to us, and comes back with what is ours to the Father, leaving us his Holy Spirit, so that from Him we will never depart: He in us, and we in Him, by the Father's will in the unity of the Holy Spirit.
A strong and loving hug.
Father José Erinaldo
