Jesus performs miracles as signs of the presence of the Kingdom of God!!!

Jesus performs miracles as signs of the presence of the Kingdom of God!!!

Such signs indicate new times for humanity, as God made himself present among us, as one of us, speaking to us as friends. Jesus Christ reveals that the Kingdom of God is man's total liberation, and Christ himself is our liberation. The Kingdom of God is Jesus Himself working for our salvation. 2. The Kingdom of God, in Jesus, eliminates the kingdom of Satan, giving freedom to man. Jesus brings the final victory with him. The strength of evil is defeated by the strength of good (cf. Is 49:24-25). Diseases and demons are driven out by the power of God in Jesus, who is the strongest man, the winner of the final battle (cf. Lk 11:22). It is important to emphasize that Jesus Christ is the one by whom everything was created; he is also the one by whom everything was saved. There is neither creation nor salvation other than through HIM. Through Him creation takes place; through Him the liberation of what was created is given. There is no salvation outside of it. 3. Man is called to make a profound decision: either with Jesus or without Jesus. Man's choice will determine his future of salvation or damnation; freedom or imprisonment. The presence of Jesus Christ is the ultimate reality for the future of humanity. By choosing Christ, man achieves the future planned by God for him: to become a son in the Son, to be a participant in the very life of God; by denying Christ, man will continue under Satan's dominion in a worse and worse state until he reaches the devil's self-effacement. Man finds himself in God, discovers himself and becomes human through Jesus Christ, the perfect man; denying Christ, man will never know who he is and will become more and more animalized. 4. One who has become free from evil must keep watchful, vigilant at all times. Only in Jesus can he always win; he cannot be careless. The Christian lives in a constant struggle against evil, his eyes fixed on Christ, persevering in the choice made, determined on the good he has to do, vigilant with regard to himself. He must never forget that Satan has already been defeated with the cross of Christ, but he is fierce, illusionist, liar and deceiver. The attentive Christian will always be ready to fight and will win through a total adherence to Christ in every moment of his life.
