THE LORD BE AMONG US

THE LORD BE AMONG US
The beauty of being a disciple of Christ is knowing that we are identified with Him, we do not receive diplomas of vanity, we are valued as human beings, we discover our fragility and the human being that we must be every moment, we discover the gift that we are and the gifts that we are. we have for the good of the Church and for the salvation of the world and that we are here, not as useless, but as servants of the Lord for the construction of His Kingdom of LOVE, TRUTH AND LIFE.

No disciple of Christ should follow in the footsteps of the arrogant of this world. The leadership condition of a disciple is that of a servant, like his Master. He will always be a servant among other servants, serving out of love for the Kingdom of Heaven. Even though he is highly trained in doctrine, his whole life must be a gift made available to the spiritual and intellectual growth of the Lord's flock. Your life will no longer be yours, but that of Christ and his Church. The more he knows, the greater his responsibility in the Church.

He who perseveres will be blessed, will receive the prize of glory, not the glory of men, fleeting, full of vanities, but the elevation of him who knew how to place his faith in Truth, in Love and in Life, that is, in God himself . Jesus makes it clear that such a disciple will be treated as a master and not as a slave, since the Lord himself will be girded and will serve that servant (disciple). In fact, Jesus did everything for us: he became incarnate, assumed our ills, died and rose again, so that we could be saved. His whole life, focused on the Father, became all for us.

The disciple must always be prepared, available, vigilant and be responsible and faithful. At any time the Lord can invite that disciple on a mission. The important thing is that the disciple is always packed, detached from everything and everyone. Never forget that your wealth is Christ Himself. Starting from Christ, he must love everyone, but without retaining them for himself and, afterwards, move on, because his mind aims at the future horizon of God. His joy is not found in this world, but in that one he died and rose for us. A brotherly hug in the name of Jesus Christ.
