GORGEOUS IS LIVING FOR GOD, TAKING HIS WORD

GORGEOUS IS LIVING FOR GOD, TAKING HIS WORD

My heart said, Lord, I will seek your face. It is your face, Lord, that I seek, do not turn your face away from me! (Ps 26.8s) Let us celebrate Jesus, the Father's beloved Son, who reveals to us the splendor of his glory. We are confirmed in the certainty that, if God is for us, nothing will stop us from living in his presence and experiencing his love. Faith enables us to collaborate with divine plans to transfigure the life of those who have been stripped of their dignity. Gospel: Mark 9: 2-10 Praise to you, O Christ, king of eternal glory. In a resplendent cloud the Father's voice was heard: / Behold, my beloved Son, listen to him, all of you (Lk 9:35). - R. At that time, 2Jesus took Peter, James and John with him and took them alone to a separate place on a high mountain. And he transfigured himself before them. 3Your clothes became bright and as white as no washerwoman on the earth could target. 4Elijah and Moses appeared to him and were talking to Jesus. 5Then Peter took the floor and said to Jesus: “Master, it is good for us to stay here. We are going to make three tents: one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah ”. 6Peter did not know what to say, because they were all very afraid. 7Then a cloud came down and covered them with its shadow. And a voice came out of the cloud: “This is my beloved Son. Listen to what he says! ” 8 And suddenly, looking around, they saw no one else, except Jesus with them. 9When they came down from the mountain, Jesus commanded them not to tell anyone what they had seen, until the Son of Man had risen from the dead. 10They observed this order, but commented among themselves what it meant "to rise from the dead". He lives and wants us to live thinking of him and his brothers, so I live to embrace them, taking his love.
