Proclaim with shouts of joy, proclaim to the ends of the earth: the Lord has delivered his people, alleluia! (Is 48,20)

We are gathered to joyfully celebrate the Risen One present in our midst. We want to open our hearts to welcome the voice of the Spirit, with his invitation to keep the Word of Jesus and make the Kingdom of love and peace, gifts of the Father, shine in the world. Let us glorify the Lord, who has promised us the constant help of our Advocate.

May the nations glorify you, O Lord, / may all nations glorify you!

1. May God give us his grace and his blessing, / and may his face shine upon us! / May his way be known on earth / and his salvation among the peoples. - R.

2. Let the whole earth rejoice for joy, / for you judge the universe in righteousness; / you govern the peoples with righteousness / and you guide the nations throughout the earth. - R.

3. May the nations glorify you, O Lord, / may all nations glorify you! / May the Lord and our God bless us, / and respect him to the ends of the whole earth!

Revelation 21,10-14.22-23

of John – 10An angel took me in the spirit to a great and high mountain. He showed me the holy city, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, 11 shining with the glory of God. His brilliance was like that of a most precious stone, like the brilliance of crystalline jasper. 12It was surrounded by a massive and high wall, with twelve gates. On the gates were twelve angels, and on the gates were written the names of the twelve tribes of Israel. 13There were three gates on the east side, three gates on the north side, three gates on the south side, and three gates on the west side. 14The wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were written the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb. 22 I saw no temple in the city, for its temple is the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb. 23The city does not need the sun or moon to shine on it, for the glory of God is its light and its lamp is the Lamb.

Whoever loves me will truly keep my word, / and my Father will love him, and to him we will come (Jn 14:23). - R.

At that time, Jesus said to his disciples: 23 “If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come and make our abode with him. 24Whoever does not love me does not keep my word. And the word you hear is not mine, but the Father's who sent me. 25This is what I told you while I was with you. 26But the Defender, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you everything and remind you of everything I have said to you. 27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you; but I don't give it like the world. Do not be disturbed or intimidated your heart. 28 You heard that I said to you, 'I am going, but I will come back to you. If you loved me, you would be glad because I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I am. 29 I have told you this now, before it happens, so that when it happens you will believe.” - GLORY TO YOU LORD.
